Jung Typology Tests-by Fernando

ESTJ
Extraverted
Sensing
Thinking
Judging

These are the things i got when i took the test. I felt challenged in really answering truthfully, and i discovered i needed to work on a lot of things. I also noticed some of the questions were repeated but in different phrasings, challenging the reader mentally. Now, these characteristics can help the groupin various ways. I got extraverted , which is outgoing, social person, this can benefit the group for if u need me to talk to people at random. Sensing is perceiving wat is around, so im guessing in this test it said that i am sensitive to people and thier stories, which can help when talking to that person. With thinking, it can help the group by planning and coming up with new ideas, and with judging, i cant think of anything related.

Fer,
I want to encourage you that these tests don't show you things you need to work on - they show you who you are, period. You aren't going to change your personality, become more extraverted or whatever - at least you're not going to change your preferences or innate instincts. Now if you're a total introvert you can decide to spend more time with people, but that isn't going to change the fact that you prefer to spend time alone and that you need that alone time to re-energize. One should never feel condemned or convicted by what a personality test reveals - your personality is a gift from God that he designed specifically for you.
